Nature of Firm's Responsibility
The project involved the preparation of an engineering report, emergency response plan, construction plans, specification and cost estimates.  The project was awarded in May 1994 at $6.3 million, and construction was completed in September 1995.  FAINC was retained to assist with construction management, preparation of an O&M manual, assess capacity of effluent injection wells, and assist with certification of the facilities for Department of Health approval.    [Close window]
