The Structural Condition Assessment portion of the study identified structurally critical sewers.  This photo was taken of a pipe through one of the 3,000 sewer manholes that was entered and inspected.  Note the severely corroded crown of the pipe, showing exposed reinforcing steel.     [Close window]
