This is a view of a sewer beneath Hamakua Drive in Kailua.  The photo was taken with closed circuit TV (CCTV).  Over 130,000 feet of sewer was recorded with CCTV.  Note the severely corroded crown of the pipe, showing exposed reinforcing steel.     [Close window]
